Tooth needs to come out!!?

I have one loose tooth to go, my canine tooth on the left side, for some reason its being a bugger. Thw other tooth(thw adult one) has grown almost fully in, therefore jamming the loose one, my mom, nor dad can get it out. I go to thw dentost on thuraday but he'll just tell me to keep wiggling it, which i am. I am horrified of pulling my own teeth out mostly because im afraid of pain. So how do i pull it out painlessly?!? Please help!!
