How did My tree frog escape???(HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELPPP)…

i caught the frog in the morning and this time it's gone :O and i placed him in a 5gallon tank with glass cover and pushed it at the end of the aquarium tank???i placed 2 cut leaves?and my siblings told me it's a ghost :O help me
