Is Gilbert Nightray from Pandora Hearts Gay?

I mean I know there have been many Oz+Gil stuff, and that extra fan episode when he's in a maid outfit. And there's the fact Gil is sort of obsessed with Oz(which I call it LOYALTY!) but is there any where in the anime/manga that show's he is gay?
