Well if you phone the vet and ask, tje vet will give you the best answers. I don't think the vet would spay your kitty without proof the she has been vaccinated. I don't think anything would happen if there is the chance that she has been vaccinated and you have to do it again, my siberian husky had to get the rabies shot twice (I'm bringing him over to portugal he is in South africa) as the vet made a mistakes and drew blood after 24 days and not 30. My boy did not over come anything and he was 6mnths old at the time of his second shot.
