How do I care for orphaned baby rabbits?

For the past few months there has been a rabbit lingering in my yard. Last week, while I was mowing the lawn I hit what was the top of a nest of baby bunnies. I put it back together as best as I could and then left it alone, but yesterday when I took the dog out he got off his chain and killed the mother. What do I do with the babies? There are five of them. Their eyes are all opened and they are quick little buggers, but i don't know how old they are or anything.
