Why does this make me cry so much? It isnt even real? Am I mad?

Just block it out when you think about it. If you start developing the train of thought on it, start focusing on something else. Stare at a spot in the floor or focus on your breathing. It will clear your mind, then start thinking about other things. If you honestly cannot think about anything else, just stay busy doing things and focusing on things and you won't.
