White liquid/fluid out of vagina?

Ther's white liquid (looking kinda like buggers) koming out of my vagina at first just a lil came out & not recently but now there lots of it koming out especially wen i pee & i stand up .. My mom said its normal .. My friends say its not normal that i should go see my doctor .. i've changed my underwear many times the passed days .. Is it normal? Is it a sign that im giving birth? I'm 7 months & 2 weeks by the way if it helps. Need answers please?
