How do I talk to him?

Ok, so theres this guy that i am absolutely crazy about at my school. He is one grade older than me and i swear all the gils like him, but he is super sweet and the least concieted person i know. He already knows im in love with him because of my freinds but he seems totally cool with it. He hugs me all the time but the only problem is i can never say more than one word to him. He is so cute and i get so nervous. Any help?
