Does this aries guys likes me?

I dated aries men but this one seems to be a bit different. Although, they have the same sort of chart. I recall dating one with moon in sag ( i said no rejected him), the other was gemini moon that lasting long, so as the pisces moon. Anyway, this guy his moon is in libra and i am a libra woman he is on his final year. I notice when i meet any aries man i feel it is meant to be, so with this guy It feels so riight!!! but i do not know if he feels the same way. His mars is in gemini, his venus is in pisces and his sun and venus conjunct. however, my sun and my mars conjunct lol, so as my ascendent three strong aspect, and this makes me act a bit like an aries girl. Anyway am a libra I am so drawn to his calmness and charms the thing he told me if anytime i am going to london i just give him a shout i was like yea sure. the other thing is when we talked we talked for a long time and i felt soo relaxed and ease my sun conjuncts his moon and we have a lot of opposite and conjunction aspects i checked it lol. the other thing is, he knows and is aware of my present he even said it himself that he saw me the other day in the library. one time in a restaurant he was staring at me its like he is waiting for me to say hello lol i ddi and we talked and from there he said i noticed u in the library. I saw him with his friends the other day, i was talking to one of them then he is like all stary and quiet and then me and his friend were like see saying see u later to each then all of a sudden a herd his voice yelling OH BTWW he said something that something was part of out loong conversation he googled something to tell me i am in accurate in something lol but yea i was just shock many people wuld forget he just told to me that philly was a city not a state i felt so embarrassed lol. Anyways, i also recall he looks at me directly like to the eye he makes a lot of eye contact but sometimes he shy's away another thing i noticed he blushes when one fo the gils told him cuz they saw me with him on the stares talking to me she said oh why r u here ur suppose to study he said well umm i on a break she said oh is that ur break being with people he said will they r everywhere and i get distracted she said yea u get distracted with all the gils around u and he blushes at front of me and looked away then he continued the conversation. and he as well went at front of me on one the computers then later on said good bye to me, it was weird . oh and we dont know each other that well. I asked one of his friends they told me he is very shy am like seriously O_o he doesnt seem shy he seems very into himself at some point lol . so i was just wondering if he liks me or not?
