Crazy Dad dont know what to do.?

About once or twice a week before I go to sleep my dad comes in and touches my dick and at first I wasnt worried about it but now hes doing it in a violent way and always trying to touch it when I dont feel like it this is really starting to scare me and could lead to bugger things what should i do?
