Where is the tensioner pulley on a 1993 for EB ?

I just want to know where the tensioner pulley is on a for EB, I want to replace the fan belts and I just cant work out what bolts I need to loosen to get the fan belts off. I'm pretty sure I can do the rest if I can just figure out what bolts they are, I have an idea of which ones they could be but. Can't get the little buggers to loosen.
