System Restore error on Windows 7 during startup?

I had something similar to this and it was a trojan rootkit. When you start up your computer tap F9 (or whatever starts up your computer with options such as safe mode, repair ect) there is an option to start without checking for digitally signed drivers (it's near the bottom look at the description) boot it up with that selected and then search online for tdss killer (I think) then run that and it will find it. Let me know if this works.
