I gave my frog a baby worm, but he wont go near it. what do i do now ? just wait? HELP!!?

I looked it up on the internet and it said you can give him some baby worms, but not to go to big so it didnt fit in his mouith. he wont even go near it..... so i tried giving him some food my sister was feeding her frog, but he wont even go near that stuff..... please what do i do
