Going to Amorsolo St. Makati, Philippines?

Hi! I'm from QC and I was wondering which jeep or FX should I take if I want to go to Amorsolo Mansion in Makati? The shuttle service near me passes through Ayala Ave and Gil. Puyat. Is there a jeep from MMC that will pass there. The Mansion is in front of Mile Long Building. Also if you can include other way from LRT or MRT, please include. Taxi is not an option. I'm on a tight budget. Thank you!
