Cant someone give me the name to this movie?

An old cartoon movie where a puppy is riding in the car while its raining. they get a flat tire or something and the dog looks out side and sees a frog. so he jumps out the car to chase it and get lost. then he goes through a journey to get home and in the end he finally makes it, and the little girl who was his owner is happy.
